Das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament und der Rat haben dazu die RICHTLINIE 2007\/2\/EG verabschiedet. Diese ist am 15. Mai 2007 in Kraft getreten und zwischenzeitlich von den Mitgliedstaaten in nationales Recht umgesetzt worden.
